What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To give the customer the best quote possible we need the event date details, where the event is located and the amount of hours they might need us for. This will help in delivering a quote that will be helpful to us. There are more questions we might ask but this will give us a good basis for a quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The first question to ask is about the style of filming especially in weddings and events its good to know what they will be doing. We for example have a very relaxed and nonintrusive style of filming that is especially helpful for weddings where it's the most special day of a couple's life we want them to enjoy it and wouldn't want them to feel like it's a film shoot.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started many years ago filming events and weddings and we have been growing and growing. We love the feeling of delivering a wedding film to our clients and for them to hear how they love it. We have been lucky enough to witness the couple view their wedding film for the first time and that was truly amazing to see their emotions come back to them from the day.
