What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To be able to provide you with a compehensive quote, we ideally need as much information as possible, including an event date, venue, estimated guest numbers and the type of event e.g wedding, birthday party, charity function. The more information we are given, the more precise our estimated quote can be for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask your provider about their past experience, how long they have been doing what they do and an idea of how many events they have been involved in. Ask about the menu and where produce is supplied from. Produce is extremely important to taste.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Rudd Events was established in 2015 having stemmed from our original business Twilight Bars. Twilight Bars began in 2008 as a mobile bar business, quickly becoming a reputable name across Norfolk and surrounding areas. Training in cocktail mixology at a top London bar school eventually led us to carry over our professionalism and love of taste and flavours into catering. starting with a mobile restaurant we moved to larger events and have not looked back since! With Ryan at the helm, and Sophie and Tracy by his side you can be sure to get the highest quality service.
