What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to put together a comprehensive quote for our clients, it is important that we have the event date, an explanation of the type of event they are hosting and the estimated number of guests. Once we have these details, we can provide an initial quote to get us started on the planning and execution of the clients perfect event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire a supplier, always ensure that you are offered a call to run through options, it means that that supplier has time to listen to you and provide you with a personal service. Being in a long list that gets no attention can cause stress and undue anxiety about the event and your supplier should look at ways to avoid this. Be a person to the supplier, not just an invoice number.
