My crew and I create amazing tacos, nachos, burritos, and other Mexicali specialties from our 5-star Airstream trailer. We have very good options for vegan and vegetarian as well.

We have been doing events in the Southeast and the reviews are great. Many people comment that our food is fresh, healthy, and vibrant!

We can tailor it to your event! We can do Formal or Informal, Stand-up or Sit down.

We can provide 100 burritos in a field or a refined sit-down 3-course gourmet experience with canapes in a marque. It's all possible! Just ask!
