Me Old Vintage China

Marie was brilliant from start to finish. She knew exactly what we wanted for my mums 70th tea party, and delivered some really nice handmade foody delights!! Everything fresh, sausages rolls were more than nice, the whole food package was great, but the cakes were something else. Really, really tasty, the lemon drizzle cake was fantastic, absolutely spot on. Good value for money with excellent service, you can't go far wrong with "Me Old Vintage China".

Me old Vintage China delivered beautiful vintage teapots, cups and saucers, side plates and milk jugs and sugar bowls for an event we were having at a hotel after my mother’s funeral. The hotel we’re going to serve tea from flasks with plain white cups and saucers and as my mother loved beautiful cups and saucers we thought this would be a fitting tribute. When we arrived Marie had set up all the cups and saucers and teapots on the tables and everyone was so surprised. They looked beautiful and all said what a lovely little touch it was. At the end of the event Marie took everything away and it was such good value. I would definitely use her again. What a lovely lady x

Marie provided the buffet food for two events that we held to thank our volunteers for the assistance they provide to the Parish Council. With so many attending to worry about, the days leading up to previous events have been rather fraught to say the least ! Marie took that worry away through her professionalism and perfect communication ! A total of 90 people attended over the two events - and d’you know what ??? Not one moan about the food or the organisation of the event ! Already booked for next year .... would thoroughly recommend ‘Me Old Vintage China’ to anyone considering holding an event. Thanks Marie !

The food was very good although Marie didn't always communicate with me to a great degree. Her response to emails and telephone calls left something to be desired. The buffet was for a funeral so, I guess, I may have been feeling a little vulnerable. The sound of children on the recorded phone message didn't exactly inspire confidence either!! For this reason and bearing in mind that Marie was coming from Herne Bay I was concerned that she might not be able to turn up.
