Modo - Circus with Purpose

Modo offer circus workshops suitable for all ages and abilities. We provide our own circus kit including juggling balls, spinning plates, hula hoops, tightwire and pedal-gos.

Drop in Workshops
Ideal for galas, festivals and fun days, drop in workshops allow young and old to have a go at a whole range of fun circus skills, helped by our fabulous team of staff and volunteers.

Structured Workshops
Ideal for schools and youth groups, Modo provides circus workshops customised to the needs of the group building skills, confidence, teamwork and trust in an enjoyable accessible and exciting format. Scouts and Guides can even earn their Circus badges.

In the past year, Modo have delivered over 1,500 workshop hours to more than 9,800 participants all across Aberdeenshire including Galas, Charity Balls and local youth groups.

All workshops are tailored to your needs and we are usually flexible about how long our services last to fit in with your event. The cost of our workshops can range from £150 - £500 based on a one-day booking. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your event.

What we provide:
• All kit and equipment needed for the workshop;
• Flags, music and bunting to add colour and atmosphere;
• Fun, laughter, enthusiasm (and hopefully some sunshine!);
• Insurance – including Public and Employers’ Liability Insurance;
• PVG checked staff and volunteers;
• Risk assessments can be provided on request.

What we need:
• 45 minutes to set up;
• 10x10m flat space;
• Van access to drop off kit.
