Our specialties are gourmet fish, meat, and vegetarian patés, using top-quality locally sourced ingredients. We also specialize in Organic Free Range Pork and Vegetarian Scotch Eggs, Sausage Rolls, Quiches and Pork Pies. We use rare breed organic meats and seasonal local organic vegetables wherever possible. We sell our produce at Farmer's Markets across kent and Sussex
