I have 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry with events coordination and we are looking to help our clients plan the parties and events of their dreams!
Birthdays
We love birthdays! A day to spoil yourself or someone special in your life. From formal to themed we can help you plan the greatest celebration. For your birthday party, we work with you in the lead-up to the event booking venues, suppliers, dealing with invitations, and obviously coordination on the day of. We are able to cater to all ages and ideas, get in touch and let's start planning!
Weddings
Your special day is very important to us. We work with you to incorporate and celebrate, everything about you as a couple into your special day. With keen attention to detail, we will make sure the day goes off just as you imagined! We achieve this through regular meetings and communication so we can get to know the happy couple and deliver what you want for your day. Please contact us to discuss your wedding plans!
Day Of Coordinator
If you don’t necessarily need a planner for the entire event but want someone to be there the day of so that you can relax, get ready, and have some champers without a care in the world, then this is the package for you! Our day-of coordinator will be in contact with you up to a month before your event to make sure we fully understand what you want on the day, including setting up the venue, decorations, and vendors. On the day we will take care of all the setting up and any last-minute challenges that may arise. That way you can enjoy your festivities without any worries, we’ve got it covered!
Life Events
We can cater to whatever event life throws your way. From christenings & naming ceremonies to stag and hen do’s.

We are happy to provide our planning services for all types of clients and events. We mostly have experience with large birthdays and celebrations, wedding receptions and day of co-ordination

Amazing
Megan put our minds at ease from the start.
Our wedding was on our family farm with not even running water but just land to place the marqee ect on.
We had the entire wedding to do ourselevs.
Megan was amazing.
From the first time we spoke she was always happy and extreamly helpful with top tips and even down to how much drink to suply our guests.
Nothing was to much for Megan.
We did atleast 3 skype calls before included in her price. She stayed for the entire wedding. She was extreamly hands on. Went to the shops when we needed anything. She made sure the entire day run smoothly, with all the catering, bar, security staff and toilets. She even made sure food was kept for us. She was amazing. Thank you Megan
Fantastic service and communication
We were so thankful to have Megan be there on the day of our wedding as an extra pair of hands and to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the outset Megan was brilliant in communicating with us, we had two detailed zoom calls to go through everything prior as well as other communication up until the day. Megan was always happy to speak and go through anything to put our minds at rest. On the day she was great and ensured we had the best day. As someone who is also an events organiser it was great to know everything was in safe hands. We highly recommend Megan and the services she provides.
