About Over Hot Coals

Over Hot Coals is a Scottish, family-run catering company serving barbecued favourites at events near and far. We cater for all events - celebrations, garden parties, weddings, and corporate and public events, large or small.

We’d be delighted to share our menu, choose your favourites and we’ll prepare a bespoke menu and quote to suit. We have high standards and work with our handpicked suppliers to make sure our ingredients are of the highest quality and where possible, locally sourced, we’re picky on your behalf!

We have the kit to scale our operation to suit the size of the event to ensure a smooth delivery.

Typical Clients

We have catered for all types of events - family garden and celebration parties, weddings (including on a beach on the Isle of Harris!) corporate days, large and small sporting events, charity events, agricultural shows and large public events.

Delicious Food

The whole experience from first talking to Fiona to the Wedding event, was great. The Team at Over Hot Coals were so friendly, kind and professional. Very helpful and always there to reassure when I had a queiery and to adivse on food, which I really appreicated. All the guests spoke so highly of the food, and I would very highly recommend and wouldn't think twice to re book with them. Thank you so much x

Great paella!

Our guests loved the paella. It was all cooked, delievered and served fuss free by Fiona. Can't fault anything.
