We offer a personalised service to suit your requirements, wants and wishes, making the whole experience as stress free and transparent as possible. From day one we offer dedication and commitment to make sure your day is exactly to your taste. Not only that, we are also able to offer flexibility in your menu choices and offer expert advice with pairing the perfect dishes to suit you.

We provide private catering services from formal three-course dining with cocktails and canapes to relaxed buffets, platters and grazing boards, we tailor our menus to suit your vision. Choose from our curated packages or let us design a bespoke menu just for you. Perfect for: Weddings, parties and birthdays, office meetings, family gatherings, celebrations of life, baby showers and corporate events. We can provide Professional serving staff, Drinks packages and bar services, drop-and-go catering options and Bespoke menu creation.

Passion and Soul was originally founded in 2013 focusing on street food and private events. All our food & even our sauces are smoked long & slow using English wood from sustainable forests. Depending on what we are smoking we use a mix of cherry, sweet chestnut & apple wood to slowly smoke the food in one of our authentic pit smokers a process that can sometimes last up to a whole day.

We are the real deal wood fired American pit barbecue. A self-contained cook house on wheels & can go anywhere sometimes with a twist, come see us at festivals & events across the land with our American Street Food Trucks.
