Really professional
Top quality bbq food served as requested had loads left over aswel which they even packed up for me to take away . Lads came down early to set up . Would recommend and use again. Really good
Poor value for money food quality poor
The buffet delivered Saturday 24th of August was a disappointment.
The sandwiches were not particularly interesting and the falafel dry.
Equally, the scones were very dry and there was no butter supplied for them. We had to go back home to get some. Some cream would also have helped. Consequently, most scones were left which meant there weren't enough puddings: there were only 4 trays for 85 people.
We found that we actually ran out of food even though in the end only 85 guests attended.
I do not feel that we got value for money at £1600 odd pounds. We would definately not recommend Petrus Events. I emailed Jonny from Petrus Events shortly after our wedding and have heard nothing. Caitlin Edwards
Absolutely fantastic!
Jonny was amazing throughout the whole processes, he put us at ease straight away, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. The food on the day was incredible and plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended. Thank you Jonny and your awesome team!
Service on the night was first class
Petrus (Jonny) was responsive to all email requests, giving us a selection of menus. During discussions he was happy to adapt the menus and other arrangements to meet our requirements. All equipment was delivered in a timely fashion and the event set up was managed very professionally by James. During the evening event James ensured smooth running of the dining experience, interacting well with all guests and he quietly ensured that a seelessly pleasant, yet informal BBQ was delivered. This was a great effort.
The food was well cooked by Gaz, the chef, well presented and enjoyed by the 60 guests.
Overall, the Petrus team was helpful, adaptable and friendly.
AMAZING BBQ!
We had four BBQs over the space of a week for our workforce. From the beginning the service provided by Jonny and his team was first rate. They are punctual, friendly, the food was awesome and Jonny & co are more than willing to go that extra mile - even getting us another marquee at the last minute. If you book with Petrus you will not be disappointed!
