About Plenty of Dough Ltd
Born during a global pandemic in the back of a horse trailer, our pizza story has been a wild ride! Our dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water, and yeast.
We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours, creating a light and fluffy pizza, topped with carefully selected Italian and British ingredients from our independent suppliers. Stretched by hand, and cooked in our stonebaked oven, our authentic Italian Neapolitan Pizzas are simply delicious.
