Ridiculously Rich Cakes

For weddings, evening receptions, corporate events, birthdays and other occasions I am offering ‘The Cake Table’ a display table of scrumptious Ridiculously Rich by Alana cakes

They come ready on a selection of wooden boards, cake stands, vintage plates or/and crates for your guests to help themselves – keep it simple or decorated with fresh flowers, foliage, fruits and coulis for a more elaborate display

I will come on the day, set up and decorate the table as required – we then will come back and take it all back down- usually not a crumb in sight.

The Cake Table is suitable for all numbers of guests and makes a real WOW factor at any wedding or event - We price per head and ask for a minimum of 10 guests.

The Cake Table can also be set up for drinks receptions and launch events - We also offer individual slices, wrapped in film tied with foliage or ribbon as corporate gifts or as favours for your tables

There are seven signature bakes in the range, then every month there are two special cakes added to the range – so you get a surprise on the day – examples of some of the past cakes are the mint crunch, lemon caramel slice, snap, crackle and pop tiffin and a salted pretzel rocky road!

Salted Caramel Shortbread, Belgium Chocolate Rocky Road, Creme Brûlée Brownie, Sticky Toffee Flapjack (this one is vegan!), Gooey Chocolate Brownie, Peanut Butter Fudge Slice and Millionaires Brownie.

We’re proudly picky when it comes to refining our cake recipes. Developed by Alana Spencer over years of kitchen research (that is, tasting and trialling all sorts of scrumptiously sweet stuff) the cakes in our signature collection are meticulously hand-crafted in Wales from the finest ingredients. Imagine divinely dark Belgian chocolate, giant marshmallows, homemade butterscotch, locally-farmed free range eggs and silky salted caramel – mmm!
