About Roxie's BBQ Spot
I put the focus on the meat that I select with my butcher and let it shine. I grill and/or smoke each item with a spice rub or marinade (or both) that is designed (by me) to enhance and compliment natural flavours. I do all the cooking (with little exception) to order on Holm Oak charcoal and Silver Birch wood, giving everything extra flavour.
For events I offer 2 choices;
One option is street food style single service portions. This would be a hand-stretched fresh grilled flatbread topped with charred romaine and orange salad and choice of meat or cheese. Various sides and specials come and go. All options can be discussed and changed.
The Second option is more of a BBQ feast. Smoked and grilled whole joints, usually pork shoulder or brisket, served along side sausages, wings, hummus, flatbread and a number of different salads. Again open to adjustment and interpretation.
