Our Story

Ruby Reign Events Ltd was founded with a simple vision, to provide exceptional hospitality staff who bring professionalism, warmth, and energy to every event. What began in Swindon as a small, passionate team has grown to cover most of the UK, supporting weddings, private celebrations, and large-scale venues with trusted event staff. Our inspiration comes from our love for creating unforgettable experiences and from the people who make them happen, our dedicated bar staff, mixologists, and front-of-house professionals. With over 30 years of combined experience in the hospitality and events industry, our team understands the importance of service that goes beyond expectations. The company name, Ruby Reign, is a tribute to our CEO’s daughter, a reminder of why we do what we do: to build something lasting, personal, and full of heart.

Our Team

Ruby Reign Events Ltd was founded by Jack and Dan, two friends with a shared passion for delivering unforgettable event experiences. Jack brings years of sales and hospitality expertise, having worked across venues and events of all sizes, while Dan’s background in IT and finance provides the operational strength and strategic insight that keeps the business running smoothly. Together, they’ve built a talented team of hospitality professionals, each an expert in their field, from mixologists and bar staff to event coordinators and entertainment specialists. Every member of the Ruby Reign team brings their own personality, skills, and enthusiasm, creating a dynamic group united by one goal: making every event exceptional.

Great Service!

I booked Ruby Reign last minute. Their price was great, the staff arrived on time and they were great at interacting with our guests! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for bar and wait staff

Let down big time!

It was all going really well, they were first to respond not the cheapest but felt in good hands. However….only two hours before our lunch birthday party was about start I received a phone call saying that two of the girls had phoned in sick, but at the time I said to Jack that at least we had the third girl! But no she was travelling in the car with one of the girls, I suggested an Uber but was told she didn’t feel comfortable travelling in an Uber, she was 20yrs old?! They had no back up or reserves to replace these 3 girls so were left with no one, and at such short notice we were unable to find any help. Very disappointed with the outcome and wouldn’t recommend this company as hadn’t contingencies for this kind of thing happening!

We are truly sorry for the disappointment & inconvenience caused on the day of your event. Unfortunately, two team members fell ill unexpectedly, including our designated driver responsible for transporting staff, leaving us in a very difficult position only hours before your booking. We immediately contacted staff in other regions & a 3rd party provider, but due to peak season demand, no replacements were available at such short notice. A full refund was processed immediately. While this is the first time this has happened in our 3 years of trading, we understand that it does not lessen the impact on your event. We have since reviewed the situation internally & implemented stronger contingency measures to prevent this from happening again.

Jack and Aaron helped to make our “gathering” a truly memorable event. Very professional and they mixed amazing cocktails and entertained our party goers. Thoroughly recommended !!!

Friendly, efficient and communicative.

Emily and Bianca were instrumental in making our slightly chaotic but very happy garden wedding a huge success . They saw what was needed and entered in to it with spirit. Thank you to them both.

Great waitresses for our event

Ruby Reign provided Bianca and Emily to help us with our big dinner party and they were fantastic. The girls were helpful, responsive and had a great positive attitude in keeping everything neat and tidy and running to schedule. Highly recommend!
