Our menus are fully tailored to suit your needs and budget — simply give us a call and see what we can do for you.
All of our meats and vegetarian options are cooked naturally over charcoal, delivering authentic BBQ flavour every time. Food is served in brioche, vegan or gluten-free rolls, with suitable dressings included in our pricing. We can also provide a range of accompaniments such as crushed baby potatoes, rustic fries, pasta salads and more.
Service options include ceramic plates with stainless-steel cutlery, which our team collect post-event, or high-quality biodegradable plates and cutlery for grab-and-go events. Whichever option you choose, we always leave the area exactly as we found it — with no trace left behind.
Both Safari Corporate Catering and Safari Banbridge hold the maximum 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating and are fully insured with £10 million Public & Employer’s Liability cover, so you can be confident you’re in safe hands.
We cater for events of all sizes, from 10 guests to 10,000 — no job is too small.

Great service and great food
Great communication leading up to the event. Arrived and set up quickly with no fuss. Food ready to the minute of when it was scheduled and tasted great. Everyone happy and well fed. Really friendly and great service. Strongly recommended.
Amazing service for Summer company event
We hired Safari Catring for our annual Summer Lunch event. Communication and preparations went very smoothly and all participants were very happy with the service in the end. Recommend their service with confidence!
Wonderful service
We had the crew down with us in Dublin for an Irish ceilí evening as part of an international pilgrimage of young people from the US, Belize and Ireland. Nothing was any trouble and all of the options were laid out for us in advance which made deciding what we wanted very easy. They arrived early and got on with their set up. The place was left exactly as they found it. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. We had burgers, buffalo wings and chips with loads of side salads. The salads and sauces were plentiful and the crew had adapted to cater for some food allergies we had in the group. We loved the extra touch of using real plates and stainless steel cutlery which mean no plastic waste and no dropped food. 10/10
Excellent - Would Recommend
The whole process of arranging this event was simple and easy with Safari Catering. Communication was clear and accurate. They arrived at the event when they said they would and set up. We have received so many compliments on the food and the service level they provided was excellent. Excellent service and delicious food
Dave provided the catering for a birthday party last weekend and I couldn’t fault a single thing. In the weeks leading up to the event he was very helpful with the menu. He was very punctual and extremely reliable on the day. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it with empty plates all around! The plates and cutlery were provided and even cleaned up afterwards so it was stress free for us. Dave is both friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any event!
