About Sherbert Events
Established 7 years ago regularly trading from our pitch in Bridgnorth Castle Grounds, we can offer bespoke mobile catering for your event. We make our own artisan ice cream from local produce and happy cows serving up to 8 of your chosen flavours in smoothie waffle cones or bio-degradable tubs. We can also serve the ice cream on our freshly made Brioche ice cream sandwiches complete with our own homemade maple cream, raspberry coulis and hot sauces with toppings such as biscoff and chopped nuts.
We offer our 'Colombian Jazz' coffee blend from a local coffee roaster and luxury hot chocolate's including optional milk alternatives. All the packaging we use is bio-degradable including our coffee cups and ice cream spoons.
We have a great mobile alcohol service as we only use artisan suppliers within a 20 mile radius.....this includes, beer, gin, rum, cider. All made from people we know who love their products. We have a great contact in the wine industry for some special wines, proseccos and champagnes if you have a preference or we can surprise you. We offer cocktails, soft drinks and snacks if required and offer alongside the alcohol, a superb barista coffee/hot chocolate from our tradition lever machine, all produce from local suppliers right down to the milk and cream that we use to whip ourselves.
All of the above can served from our vintage vans decked out to a high standard with ancient oak and Spanish tiles.
We have traded and catered at events of 20 up to footfalls of 15,000 people.
We can even provide our resident signed folk singer to do requests while your guests stand at the hatch or relax.

Absolutely incredible!
Matthew was absolutely lovely and very friendly and chatty to the guests. The ice cream was absolutely sublime and everyone commented how good it was (even those who don’t really like ice cream!) the only problem I had was narrowing down the flavours as they all looked so good. They were kind enough to specially make my favourite flavour and it went down a real treat with the guests and was a real talking point. Great addition to my wedding and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. If you’re considering booking sherbet events go for it you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure my photographer took some proper pictures I only have 1!

The team at Sherbert were fantastic. Matthew kept in contact with me throughout, we got an amazing choice of flavours and everyone was raving about how great the caravan was. We asked them to do milkshakes on the night, and even though they got really busy, service was brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend - also got some lovely pics in the caravan!

Excellent service all round - visual and monetary. Arrived on time and continued to right through the time allocated. Choice excellent - everyone thought it was great with brilliant feedback. Thank you so much. I unfortunately did not get chance to speak to them to say thank you on the day which I regret. All the additional touches re setting the scene was great. Would highly recommend. Delicious Ice cream, Fab service!
I booked this as a surprise gift for my partner and was one of the best decisions I made for the Wedding. Everything was so easy with Melanie and she even sourced a special flavor for me as it is my partners favorite! The bike looked so so cute and added so much to our day including some amazing photo ops! The ice cream was delicious with all the different toppings and flavors - Adults and Kids loved it. Highly recommend booking!
Fantastic Ice cream served by great staff
We had the vintage ice cream bike at our wedding. It was loved by our guests - everyone thought the flavours were excellent! The staff were so friendly and we had great communication leading up to the wedding. I would definitely reccomend them to others / use again.
