Eric was attentive to our requirements and proffered welcome suggestions. He tailored a most beautiful spread for our guests, exactly as we hoped. He arrived on time and, along with an assitant, set out the buffet before changing into his chef’s whites to carve and serve. The food was imaginative and varied and there was more than ample to go around.. Everyone was most impressed, including several people with special dietary requirements and we had plenty of enthusiastic compliments. Eric and his assistant even did the washing up! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Silkwise Catering.
