Superb food and service from the great Eric
Eric supplied us with a delightful and varied menu and the food delivered was every bit as good as the menu. He prides himself on making all his food personally and the salads especially were as good as home made salads. He is very professional and the food was served on time and the buffet he set up looked wonderful, all our guests raved about the food. Eric also provided generous servings and there was plenty for guests to have seconds and thirds! He also left all the remaining food for us and this was especially handy as we had people staying- the next day and there was more than enough for lunch for 14! We will definitely be using Silkwise Catering again as the food was top class and we also really enjoyed Eric's friendly approach.
