Smok’n Greek BBQ

Our passion is for sharing our experiences of making traditional Greek and Cypriot food in order for our clients to enjoy our carefully prepared food at festivals, private functions experiencing something delicious and slightly different.

Many of our recipes have been passed down from our family. Our mediterranean wraps consist of Chicken, Pork and Lamb Souvlaki marinated in lemon and herbs. Pastourma, a Cypriot spicy sausage made with Beef, is a popular choice. Our vegetarian options of Halloumi and vegan falafel.
All of which are accompanied with fresh salads, Greek dips, our homemade spicy chilli sauce, mixed olives, Greek Chilli peppers, all of which are wrapped up in a flat bread, We also offer provide gluten free flatbread.

Our buffet menus, are bursting with flavours and the colours of the mediterranean.
Our homemade salads of Greek Salads with feta, mixed bean, chickpea salad with coriander, feta and a hint chilli. The salads of which we have plenty to choose from are a great to accompany the meat of Souvlaki, small pieces of meat or Souvla, meat on the bone. The meat is are slowly cooked on the Foukou, a BBQ rotisserie. Which result in tender meat, full of flavour.

Greek tapas, such as homemade Spanakopita, made with spinach and feta cheese with filo pastry, homemade Koftdedes, Greek meatballs either made with Pork or beef. There are plenty of Greek tapas that you can choose from that can be served as a grazing platter seated at your table or as a larger grazing table.
