About Smoke & Season
We cater on site with BBQ smoked beef brisket for 12-18 hours. We have charcoal smokers which can be located at site adding a dramatic smokey “firepit” food scene. In addition, we provide quality handmade steak burgers and buffalo hot wings, slow smoked pulled chicken and full racks of smoked ribs!
Furthermore, we can cater for any event of a BBQ nature with a tailor-made menu. Out quality and passion are second to none. Our restaurant food is highly reviewed... to take it on the road makes perfect sense!
