Really creative, the BEST balloon entertainer ever
Thelma turned up on time looking ready from the off-set. She required only a jug of water form us for the face painting. Thelma's balloon art is utterly brilliant! Everybody was mentioning how good her balloon sculptures were. There were lots of acts there and a lot of people but Thelma / Smudgy, was the one everybody was queuing for. Thanks Thelma for being so attentive, professional and lovely to work with - Julie.
