About Snarling Hog

Snarling Hog is a catering company based in South Lanarkshire. I am an experienced chefs with 30 years experience and still working in the industry, I and have worked in some of the top hotels and restaurants in and around Glasgow with the ability to cater large events including wedding breakfast, buffets hot or cold, garden parties, BBQ's, sporting & corporate events all year round. Al my team are fully trained chefs who continue to work in the industry with all relevent health & safety certificates.

I can supply a full hog roast serving approximately 100 to 120 guests, the hog is slow cooked for up to 10 hours Additional items: hog dawgs on pretzel bun, caramelised onions southern fried chicken, flatbread with slaw buttermilk chicken curried goat with rice aromatic duck with bao buns BBQ pulled chicken braised shin of beef BBQ pulled pork, apple sauce, pretzel bun asian style pork belly with fragrant rice pizzas (small numbers)

Vegan options; chickpea falafel burger, vegan brioche bun sweet potato & chickpea curry spiced crispy butternut squash, coconut yogurt, dukkah seeds

salads; caesar salad greek salad tomato & mozzarella goats cheese & beetroot with salsa verdi

Snarling Hog were invited to cater for our 200+ Corporate event. Garry and his team provided a professional service, delicious pizza with loaded fries, whilst meeting our catering and site requirements.
