About Sugarcane Patisserie
Sugarcane patisserie is run by a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef, we pride ourselves on perfectly produced, beautiful pastry items and confectionary.
If you are after a fancy afternoon tea, we provide a delivered disposable set up comprising of 3 petit fours (cakes, macarons, choux, confectionary etc.), sweet and savoury scones, and finger sandwiches, with stands, plates, cups and cutlery.
From our 3m x 3m gazebo we can provide desserts for your guests, including desserts, such as eclairs/choux buns, mille-feuille, meringue pavlova, brownies, cakes.
If you are after wedding favours we are able to prepare small boxes of macarons or confectionary, such as fudge and pate de fruit.
We are open to suggestions, so please send us your hearts desire and we will endeavour to make this happen!
