Being eco-conscious is a big deal at 4YaParty and we hand make many of our props using recycled materials to do our bit for the environment. We use recycled stationery and we may be the only event stylist in the UK that doesn’t provide balloons!
We do: 360 Photobooth, Selfie Pod, Audio Guestbook, Champagne Tower, Centrepieces, Charger Plates & Napkins, Signage, Chair hire, Rustic furniture hire, flower wall, grass wall, twinkle backdrop, sequin walls and other backdrops, doughnut wall, sweet cart, Prosecco wall, cake stands, display plinths and crates, chair covers, tablecloths, runners, centrepieces and so much more for EVERY type of event! We are always adding to our stock so if you don't see something that you're looking for, please enquire!
We cater for every type of event! Weddings, Baby Showers, Bridal Shower, Engagement Parties, Birthdays, Kids Parties, Funerals, Christenings and Corporate events too!

What a legend!
Mercedes and her team turned a grubby community hall into a gorgeous venue for our wedding. So impressed with their work. Out of all of our vendors we trusted her the most as she communicated well, had great vibes and genuinely just the nicest person. Couldn't recommend more!!!!

The service provided by 4 Ya Party Weddings and Events for the Year 11 Prom held on June 25, 2026 was exceptional. Led by Mercedes Gale Parr, the supplier demonstrated outstanding professionalism, organisational excellence, and value, contributing significantly to a "brilliant" and "special" evening for our students. From the initial quote to the event date, Mercedes maintained clear and proactive communication. The supplier was highly responsive to messages and handled all final details with precision. The supplier offered a highly competitive Prom Offer; This package provided excellent variety and quality within a budget suitable for a school event.
