Hi,

'a pesto', is the new and swanky street-food style Airstream trailer, which serves some of the tastiest pizza around (Just ask Mum & Dad).

In short, I developed a love for 'the crust' several years ago when I decided to become a micro home-baker, in part, to help relieve the stress caused by my role as a University lecturer and senior nurse. Since then, I have channelled most (possibly all) of my energy into developing my love for bread and sourdough into a career, having finally ditched the anatomy textbooks for cookbooks in 2019. Now, after many months of intense planning, sticky fingers and copious amounts of test-baking, I am able to share my passion for handmade sourdough with you, by offering you truly fermented Neapolitan wood-fired sourdough pizzas, which are packed with flavour, have the perfect texture and are super-kind on your gut.

Beyond the sourdough, I also understand that many people are moving towards plant-based diets, which is why I am strongly committed to a 100% ‘inclusive eating’ menu, ensuring every option can be freshly prepared to suit meat or plant-based diets. In order to achieve this, I produce my very own vegan mozzarella and smokey pepperoni. In fact, I prepare almost all of my meat and plant-based pizzas from scratch, using award winning British or homemade produce, and I am even committed to serving this menu using 100% compostable or recyclable packaging.

PS: If you are looking for on-tap beer and Prosecco, I can also offer this, give our new Airstream trailer is equipped with beer pumps, capable of serving enough ice-cold beer and fizz to get you and your guests giddy. I even have a huge disco ball and state-of-the-art sound system to help get you and your guests, on the dance floor.

While we operate our Airstream 7 days a week, for regular street-food style business, we also take bookings for parties and events.

To comply with U.K. law, we do, however, require at least 10 days notice to serve alcohol to obtain a permit.
