I provide services to all types of clients, high profile, celebrities, dinner parties, corporate events with up to 250 people, weddings with up to 250 people, pop-ups, omakase sushi pop-ups, and the list goes on and on. I’m proficient in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Italian, American, Mexican, Mediterranean, and South East Asian cooking.
