Failed to attend and did not let us know :(
At the time of booking they confirmed they were definitely coming and also kindly told us our staff would get complimentary ice creams. It was approaching and we had not heard from them again so at the beginning of the week I messaged to check they were still attending on the Saturday and let them know again what time they could arrive if they needed to set anything up - they responded and said they were still coming. On the day we heard nothing from them and they did not arrive. Was really disappointing as we had advertised to customers/staff that we would have an ice cream truck & for was a hot day. If they had messaged us in advance we would've understood and could have arranged something else

We would like to thank you for providing such a good service to our school (Hart Plain Junior School) on July 20th. Great feedback from everyone and a great end of term treat. I'll be in touch next year.

Great communication before the event. Prompt arrival. Pedro was fantastic, very polite and friendly. Really good sized ice creams which was appreciated by everyone as they are often very small and expensive. Will definitely be booking him again for future events.
