When Funktion One took the sound system industry by storm back in the early 90s, we soon became the main distributer for the South West (UK) and quickly established ourselves as the go-to provider of sound and lighting installations for local clubs and promoters..
Further down the line we formed partnerships with Boomtown Fair and Tokyo World and now provide full technical production management for both festivals.
We also developed cutting edge, 360-degree sound for the Arcadia Spectacular show: a feat we’re particularly proud of. AF Live has worked closely with all of these events since their inception.
In 2015 we debuted our VOLKANO stage at Tokyo World, to a rapturous response from festivalgoers and press alike and in 2016 added the brand new MUTINY stage to the line-up.
