Afro-Caribbean Cuisine

We operate from a mobile trailer allowing us to trade at festivals and pop-up markets. We can come to you and use your facilities or bring our trailer if space is available.

We can also serve alcoholic drinks, rum punch being our speciality. Our food is of African and Caribbean style so expect loads of flavours. Our fods include; curry goat, jerk chicken, rice and peas, jollof rice, sadza/fufu, boerewors, beef stew, dumplings, plantain and much more.

We can also provide you with entertainment as we have DJs and can provide any music to complete your celebrations in style.
