Our Story Our story began more than 30 years ago in Goa, India, where brothers Gabriel Fernandes and Antonio Fernandes embarked on very different professional journeys that would eventually come together to create our business. Gabriel pursued Chartered Accountancy, developing a strong foundation in finance, business and strategic management. Antonio followed his passion for hospitality and attended the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai, one of India’s leading hotel management institutions. After completing their studies, both brothers built successful international careers, working across Europe and the Middle East and gaining extensive experience within some of the world’s most respected organisations. Gabriel’s career took him into senior finance and corporate roles, culminating in a position as a Global Auditor for the world’s second-largest oil drilling company, where he gained invaluable experience in international business, governance, risk and operational excellence. Antonio built his career within the hospitality industry, working with some of the world’s leading hotel groups and contract food service companies. His experience gave him a deep understanding of hospitality, operations, service standards and what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences. The Reunion In 2018, Gabriel and Antonio reunited in London, UK, bringing together more than three decades of combined international experience across finance, business, hospitality and operations. They began asking themselves a simple question: “Why not bring all of our skills and experience together and create something of our own?” At the time, they recognised an opportunity in a market where clients often had to work with multiple suppliers to bring their events together, with limited choice and fragmented services. Their vision was different. They set out to create a one-stop destination for luxury hospitality and events, bringing together their collective expertise, extensive industry knowledge and international network of trusted partners. What started as an idea has grown into a business built around quality, trust, relationships and exceptional service. Today, we work closely with some of the finest hospitality and event partners, not only across the UK but internationally, allowing us to offer our clients access to a broader range of products, services and experiences. More Than Catering Our journey has taught us that great events and hospitality are about much more than a menu. They are about people, service, atmosphere, attention to detail and the ability to bring everything together seamlessly. With Gabriel’s expertise in business, finance and strategic management, combined with Antonio’s extensive hospitality and operational experience, we bring a unique perspective to every event we are involved in. Our goal is simple: to create exceptional experiences, provide trusted expertise and make every occasion feel effortless for our clients.
