Our Story

Our business started with a simple idea: events should feel fun, personal, and stress-free, not overwhelming or overly formal.

What began as a small, hands-on setup providing bars and catering for celebrations quickly grew as we saw how much clients valued having reliable, friendly suppliers who truly cared about their event. We weren’t interested in doing things the “standard” way — we focused on atmosphere, guest experience, and making each event feel thoughtfully put together.

As demand grew, so did what we offered. Alongside our mobile bars and street-food catering, we expanded into event and wedding planning support, helping clients bring everything together smoothly and confidently. Over time, this evolved into offering both on-the-day coordination and virtual planning support, allowing us to help clients at whatever stage they’re at.

Today, we work across weddings and events of all kinds, known for being approachable, organised, and genuinely invested in every celebration we’re part of. At the heart of the business is Stacey, founder and lead planner, who brings calm organisation, creativity, and a people-first approach to every event. From early planning to the final details on the day, Stacey is all about making celebrations feel effortless and enjoyable for clients and guests alike.

Alongside her is a trusted team of bar staff, event crew, and coordinators who are friendly, professional, and experienced in weddings and live events. Everyone is carefully chosen not just for their skills, but for their attitude — approachable, reliable, and great with guests.

We believe the best events come from great teamwork, clear communication, and a personal touch, which is why we stay hands-on and involved every step of the way.
