Hi, I’m Amanda Hopkinson – a wedding & events planner, coordinator & consultant with a passion for relaxed, joyful celebrations in marquees, barns, and family homes.
With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, I’ve helped bring hundreds of weddings and events to life — from early planning stages right through to the big day itself.
Whether you want someone to plan the day for you, or are planning the day yourself and want some expertise to help you along the way, or are just looking for someone to run the event on the day so you can enjoy every moment - I’ll work closely with you to make sure every detail is in place giving you the best experience and memories.

Our Story
I've been in Weddings & Events for over 20 years, and I love the buzz of a live event. You never know what is going to happen. Every event can be excellently planned until you add people and weather - both of which are unpredictable! I love thinking on my feet and making quick, but careful and right decisions. Most of all, I love seeing my clients' faces when they're having the best time and experience, and ultimately making memories that they will cherish for a long time.
Our Team
I work with a team of freelancers as and when required.
Experience
I was trained in an event agency on conferences and exhibitions, and other corporate events. Over the years, I have worked on several weddings & events and have won a couple of awards over the years. I also have a wedding planning qualification from the Wedding Academy.
Typical Clients
I provide planning and organisation from start to finish, on the day coordination for any event, or consultancy if you need some guidance in planning your own wedding or event. I work with couples, individuals and companies.
