Amazing Mac Cheese

Amazing Mac Cheese, delivered by Liz and Chris, brings comforting, freshly cooked macaroni cheese to events of every size, using locally sourced ingredients like Colston Bassett Stilton and dry-cured streaky bacon from Grasmere Farm. With a fully equipped food trailer and plenty of topping options, we serve great food quickly and keep crowds smiling.

Mac's purchase was negotiated at a cheese fair! When we found that his sale was desired, we jumped at the chance to own this sweet-natured, retro trailer - it felt like fate was smiling on our family. Two weeks later, he was ours! We love to see the joy on our customers' faces as they bite into hot, soothing, delicious comfort food - it's the best part of our day, especially when we see the children looking happy to have found their favourite pasta dish.

We haven't owned Mac for long but he's as much a part of the family as our two dogs.

We love a good festival, summer fair, Christmas event, wedding, sports event or private hire. The team can customise the menu for your tastes and desires, and we'll always endeavour to decorate Mac to suit any gathering.
