Created The Birmingham Association of Bartenders, BAB a bartender platform running since 2005, Created the UKs first dedicated Modern Gin Bar “The Jekyll & Hyde” in Birmingham in 2009, Operated as The Gintleman running venue collabs and house party tastings around the country since 2015 Been an integral part of the Tea Lawn Bar executing 1 Pimms every 12 seconds during Wimbledon Fortnight for the last 4 years. Created a retail spirits bottle shop in the prestigious Harvey Nichols department store.
