About Andrew Miller Photography
So with that in mind, I want to work with people who don’t mind me being me at work.
And when I’m photographing your wedding for 16 hours, you need to know what I’m like, or it will be a long ole day. Saying that I wouldn’t take your money and booking. If I don’t like you or don’t think we’ll get on it’s best to say so and then waste your wedding day with someone you don’t like.
Choosing a wedding photographer should be more than price, its about style, value for money, what’s included, personality, willingness to go the extra mile, experience and much more.
I prefer to meet all my wedding couples face to face so if you want to see more of my work in real print (wedding albums) I'd love to come and meet you.
What’s included…
* Travel and accommodation expenses * Wedding albums/prints, depending on the collection you opt for * There are no set time frames at the wedding. I start early and finish late; bridal prep to about an hour or so after the last major event of the day. Around 14 hours is my average, though * Pre-wedding shoot - getting to know you two beforehand is more important than just taking your money and turning up 12 months later.
* Online gallery with free digital downloads for your family and friends * No extra charges for sunset/twilight/evening shots * Edited gallery uploaded within a week of your wedding * Same-day slideshow * Fixed price when you book - it’ won’t increase at all.
Sounds too good to be true? Possibly, but I’ve been doing this full-time for 19 years, and I’m lucky to be in a position where I’d prefer to travel further afield for weddings in my camper van (hence no travel costs!), and have an amazing relationship with my album company (hence I can include those)

Our Story
Alright then—here’s the whirlwind tour.
I kicked things off in the military, doing intelligence and surveillance… which sounds very *James Bond*, but was probably closer to “staring at things very seriously for long periods of time.”
After that, I escaped into civilian life and became a self-employed consultant in Leadership & Management Development within the financial sector. Absolutely loved it—great work, great people… and then the banks did their best impression of a heist movie, helped themselves to everyone’s money, and asked for a bailout as if nothing had happened.
At that point, I made a bold career pivot—from charging roughly one crate of beer per wedding (a perfectly reasonable currency, I maintain) to charging actual, taxable money like a proper grown-up.
Fast forward 19 years… and somehow, I’m still here. Still standing. Slightly older. Marginally wiser. Way more greay hair that is waaaay longer that it used to be. And definitely more expensive than a crate of beer.

Credentials
Somewhere in between travelling the world and doing “intelligence work” (read: standing around in places you wouldn’t pick for a holiday), I also managed to get a degree with the Open University. Multitasking at its finest.
Now, before you get carried away—no, it wasn’t *James Bond*. There were no Aston Martins, no tuxedos, and absolutely no martinis (shaken or otherwise). It was far less glamorous… but, on occasion, it did actually save lives. Which feels like a decent trade-off.
Fast forward a bit, and I somehow ended up photographing over 1,000 weddings. Don’t ask me how—that part’s still under investigation.
These days, I operate under several unofficial titles, including: The World’s Most Handsome, Jaffa Cake Consuming, Bon Jovi Enthusiast, Weak-Tea Drinking, Long-Haired Wedding Photographer.
It’s a niche. But it’s mine. Google "Jaffa Cake Wedding Photographer" ;-)

Absolutely amazing ceremony
Andrew provided an amazing ceremony tailored to both me and my partner he really picked up on where our relationship formed and rolled with it he was amazing with the guests and paused the ceremony where necessary if there was any distractions or for the room to quieten down I honestly couldn't of asked for a better celebrant for our special day and I'd recommend him to absolutely anyone
We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
We found Andrew through Facebook, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Before booking, we met him for a drink at our venue and instantly hit it off — he was kind, funny, and such a genuine person. On our wedding day, he made us feel completely at ease, and the photos are absolutely incredible. All of our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about how amazing he was. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
Absolutely brilliant!
Andrew was brilliant he was so helpful and a calming influence. Very funny !
What an amazing day
From the moment we made contact with Andrew, he was incredible. He came with us to make our wedding rings, taking some amazing photos and videos. Then on the day, he went above and beyond at every moment. From getting ready, to the ceremony and the party afterwards. He brought amazing character, energy and enthusiasm. Everyone who attended commented on him, how funny and quick witted he was, whilst still maintaining professionalism. From both of us, thank you Andrew. You helped make our day that much more special, and memorable. The photos you took are just breath taking, and perfectly captured just how incredible our day was.
Couldn't have picked a better photographer!!
Andrew was nothing less than amazing!! He built a rapport with my children which was really important to us. He was always on hand for absolutely anything we needed and insisted on meeting us a few times before the wedding. I had nothing but brilliant reviews from our guests about how organised Andrew was. We've just had our photos back and WOW! From someone who hates having her photo taken, they are stunning and I cannot wait to share them with friends and family. Thanks so much Andrew, we're going to miss you!
