"I'm Ariz Valtueña, cooking since I was sixteen — including two years at Barra Fina, a one-star Michelin restaurant. I hold a chef diploma from Westminster Kingsway College and I'm currently studying Baking Science and Technology in London.

I'm also the founder of AV Cheesecakes, turning my love for baking into handcrafted cheesecakes people rave about.
