We’re a Polish food trailer serving proper comfort food—the kind that doesn’t mess around. Think stuffed-to-the-brim pierogi, rich soups and stews that fix your mood, and sweet buns and doughnuts that politely ignore your diet.
We don’t do tiny portions or “just a bite.” We feed people like they’ve been emotionally wronged by salad.

Our Story
We started with a simple idea—introduce more people to proper Polish food, not just the basics, but the real, comforting flavours we grew up with. Too many people have never had a good pierogi, and honestly, that felt like something worth fixing.
We’re inspired by traditional Polish recipes, homemade cooking, and the kind of food that brings people together (and keeps them there for seconds). Everything we serve comes from that place—simple, hearty, and full of flavour.
Our journey began trading at Bracknell market in 2025, where we quickly learned that once people try authentic Polish comfort food, they come back… usually with friends.

Our Team
Hi, I’m Emilia—the person behind the pierogi (and yes, I love them a lot… probably more than I should).
I’ve been working in all kinds of restaurant setups since 2007, so I know my way around a busy kitchen, a hungry crowd, and the chaos in between. Over the years, I realised what I really wanted was to share the food I grew up with—proper Polish comfort food made the way it should be.
Now I get to do exactly that, serving pierogi and other traditional dishes to people who either already love them… or are about to.
