With 25 years of catering experience behind the wheel, Baked catering is here to make all your wood fired dreams come true. Myself and my good friend set up Baked Catering with a vision to make top quality pizza. Our custom food trailer (a converted horsebox), will provide an amazing back drop to any event with our hand painted signage. We can cater for private and corporate events. Our pizza is all about fresh, quality ingredients which starts out with our twenty four hour hand mixed fermented dough. Our oven is wood fired and adds that distinct traditional flavour to our food. Our pizzas are hand stretched and made to order. From the classic recipes to our gourmet specials we can provide bespoke menus that cater to all tastes. We can produce anything from canapés up to a full wedding breakfast. We can provide a pre-ordered, buffet or walk up service. We source from a broad range of suppliers and can supply organic produce on request. We have a small, friendly and professional team.
