Our Story

Created in 2017 we are a very quickly growing team of DJs ready for any event you may have in mind. We are currently sitting at 22 DJ members all trained in different genres of music so that we are able to offer our clients a bespoke and tailored service that they are not able to obtain so easily elsewhere. Due to the way we operate with multiple events ongoing most nights of the week we have been placed in a very fortunate position to be constantly growing our amazing 5 star feedback on multiple platforms which is fuelling our growth even more. The owner of the business is Ben, you can read about him some more in the team section, he has been stated as always going above and beyond countless times from previous event customers. This should relax you in knowing you are in safe hands with Bass Entertainment for your Djing needs. We are very excited for what our future may hold for us, we are set on conquering the 'DJ For Hire' market and pursuing constant positive feedback from every client and every event.

Very unprofessional and bluffed that they will send someone experienced for a kids birthday party. A young lad turns out and admits that he hasn’t had much experience which is unfortunate. Hope they can avoid doing and spoil someone else’s special occasion.

Hi Jai, thank you for this feedback - we are very sorry to hear you feel this way regarding our service. We would still be interested in discussing this further with you as we are slightly confused regarding this. We do understand you were disappointed that your entertainer was not female, as we told you when you confirmed your booking with us - we give all of our customers a call on the Monday prior to your event date, once we have a finalised rota of available staff for the date. We did attempt to call you on the Monday, Tuesday + Wednesday before your booking to give you the chance to choose your allocated entertainer. Sadly due to these calls not answered so we had to allocate a member of staff without your request, you then did call us back the day before your event at 6PM which at this point it was too late to change our schedule of staff as this was the first time you had requested a female entertainer. However we can assure you that your entertainer on the day was very well experienced with your style of event. We did also offer you a full refund on the service during our communication afterwards as we take pride in every single booking we take and would hate for you not to be satisfied. We have tried to reach out since your event to discuss this with you, however our communications have not been answered but if you would like to discuss this please let me know Kindest Regards, Ben
