A lovely addition to our Scarecrow Festival
We booked Bass Notes Coffee for our charity festival at very short notice, because our previous vendor had to cancel at the last minute. Richard was professional and pleasant to deal with, and very responsive to messages. Our festival-goers were very positive about Richard's coffee, one calling it "absolutely fab, amazing" and one saying that it was a better than usual standard for a small mobile caterer. Another said "this guy knew how to make coffee". Only one person said they didn't like the taste of the coffee, but the reviews were overwhelmingly positive otherwise.
Fantastic Service & Great All Round
Richard submitted a quote to support us at late notice for a large event we hosted as our usual vendor experienced difficulties. having a reputable coffee vendor was imperative due to the nature of sporting events and he 100% delivered with excellent service, an extremely high quality of product and he integrated seamlessly into our operation over the day. The whole club was very grateful of Richard and we wouldn’t hesitate to bring him back for any future events. Richard’s coffee was fantastic and he impressed everyone. Thank you s much for supporting us and we look forward to working with you again.
