What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a comprehensive quote we need the event date, the hours of trade, a brief explanation on the type of event, the estimated number of attendees, the venue type and space allocated to us. From this, we can honestly advise on the best solution for their need.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask about their menu and type of product they use, the type of equipment they use and why they use it all. Secondly, ask their capacity of serving and their ability to flex this according to need. The more articulate and technical are the answers the more you stand the chance to find someone passionate about what they do!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We have been coffee people for over 30 years with a great passion for providing great service and exceptional products. We think that there is a gap in the market for barista coffee delivered to locations whether is an office, a business park or an event there nothing better than a handcrafted cup of excellent coffee!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
In less than one month of active listing, we have 3 confirmed bookings and lots of potential requests coming directly to our inbox. Running any food and drink business is hard work and time seems always to be not enough for all the task to accomplish. It is a great service which takes some pressure off the management of and a great way to find multiple options under one roof.
