So just to outline what we have to offer :
The Army Bar
A converted DAF military vehicle, the truck has two remote coolers capable of dispensing serious volumes of 6-keg options. The truck has 12 taps giving 2 points of dispense for each product. We adapt the bottled and soft options for each event depending on request and audience. The up-and-down staircase offers a smooth flow, allowing for an excellent speed of service.
Furthermore, we do have the capabilities to set up in a more traditional way. We have built timber bars that can be set up under gazebos.
Big Malakas (Greek Food Offering)
Our latest addition to our mobile units offering Greek Gyros and Souvlaki amongst other tasty sides such as Halloumi fries, Greek Salad and Crispy Calamari. This was a lockdown, starting life as a ghost kitchen from one of our pub venues. It recently had a very nice upgrade due to its success from a horsebox to a replica Airstream unit, purpose built for our offering whilst also being extremely adaptable.
Staffing Even if you don't need us for our mobile units we can provide staffing for your events. We are operators of five pubs, a Greek restaurant and a Cocktail bar. Food and beverage is what we do! We have a good employee network that we can always draw from the be able to take the pressure off and help with your event in many different ways.
