Benissimo began back in 2024 on a summer evening between two best friends, Ben and James. Like many good ideas, it started over a few beers - but this one quickly turned into something more.

With a shared love for great pizza, and an ambition to build something together. Just four days later, we found an old Rice horsebox and got to work — designing and building it into the mobile pizzeria you see today. Our authentic, stone-baked pizza offers the perfect combination — simple, high-quality food that brings people together and creates memorable experiences.

What started as a fun idea has quickly grown into a trusted mobile catering business, serving weddings, corporate events, private parties, and large public events across East Anglia and beyond. Today, we’re known not just for great pizza, but for delivering a professional, reliable service with a setup that stands out and an experience guests genuinely remember.
