Bertotti Gelato is an award-winning, family-run business founded by Diego Alfonso and Suzana Bertotti. Since 2012, we’ve been serving the Hammersmith community with handcrafted gelato made in small batches at our Goldhawk Road creamery. Rooted in traditional Italian techniques and reimagined with bold, globally inspired flavors, our gelato reflects our family’s heritage and passion for excellence.

Proudly recognised as a Great Taste Producer — one of the highest honours in the UK food industry — our gelato has received multiple Great Taste Awards, including coveted 3-star wins for our Colombian Coffee and Mango & Passionfruit flavours. Our creations have been featured in collaborations with top chefs and exclusive venues such as The Phoenix at Westfield, Chotto Matte, and Cavita in Marylebone, and even served at a royal afternoon tea with Prince Charles and Camilla.

Bertotti Gelato was founded in West London in 2012 by husband-and-wife team Diego and Suzana.

What began as a small independent gelateria grew from our shared passion for authentic artisan gelato, hospitality and bringing people together through food. Inspired by our Colombian, Brazilian and Italian backgrounds, we create flavours that combine traditional Italian techniques with ingredients and influences from around the world.

Every gelato and sorbet is made by us in our own West London production kitchen using carefully selected ingredients, natural flavours and a commitment to quality.

We love creating experiences that guests remember, whether we are serving at an intimate wedding, producing a bespoke flavour for a restaurant or catering for thousands of people at a major festival.

We have more than 14 years of experience producing artisan gelato and delivering professional event catering across London and the UK.

Since opening our first West London gelateria in 2012, Bertotti has expanded to include a dedicated production kitchen and a specialist events service.

Our experience includes private parties, weddings, corporate hospitality, luxury brand activations, restaurant collaborations and large-scale festivals.
