BLACKLINE Response was founded with a clear vision: to deliver professional, reliable and high-quality security and medical services while bringing a fresh approach and higher standards to the industries we work within.

With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, and still actively working on the frontline, our founder has gained extensive knowledge across event security, crowd management, corporate security and public safety. Alongside this, three years of experience in frontline medical response has developed a strong understanding of emergency care, patient welfare and the importance of responding effectively when it matters most.

Having worked across both sectors, the inspiration behind BLACKLINE Response came from recognising that the industry needs to move forward. We believe that delivering excellent services should go hand in hand with looking after the people who provide them.

We wanted to build a company that challenges outdated practices, raises professional standards and puts staff welfare at the heart of its operations.

With over 10 years of experience in the security industry and three years in frontline medical response, our founder brings a wealth of knowledge gained from working across a variety of demanding environments.

Our security experience includes event security, corporate and commercial premises, crowd management, door supervision, public safety, incident management and supervising security operations. This experience has developed a strong understanding of risk management, conflict resolution, operational planning and the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Within the medical sector, our founder has gained experience in event medical cover, emergency response, patient assessment and care, alongside working within ambulance and community healthcare services. This is supported by FREC Level 4 training, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and practical experience to our medical operations.

Throughout our journey, we have achieved several important professional milestones, from gaining frontline security qualifications and progressing into supervisory and management responsibilities to expanding our experience and qualifications within the medical sector.
