Welcome to the Blooming Dough.
All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients.
All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza?
SOURDOUGH!
Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here.
We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

Brilliant pizza!
Blooming Dough were absolutely fantastic at our wedding on Monday! Nothing was too much trouble – they even catered for some of our vegan guests, and everyone was delighted. They were happy, smiley, and such a pleasure to have as part of our day. The food was incredible, and we had so many compliments from our guests. We honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you again, guys!

We booked Blooming Dough for the evening of our wedding on Saturday 2nd August 2025. Communication from the initial booking to the day of the event was always spot on, and responses were always prompt. They arrived 2 hours prior to our booking time to set up and pizzas were made to order for our wedding guests. The pizzas were perfect and feedback from guests was extremely positive. Would highly recommend!

We had a really good experience with Blooming Dough from booking through to the day. I was even allowed to reduce our order number by 20 pizzas at very short notice. Communication was good in the run up to the event and when we arrived after the ceremony the van was there all pretty. The service was great and all our guests commented on how good it was. There was a good choice of pizzas and everyone said it was delicious. Very happy and would definitely book again for future events.
