All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients. All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza? SOURDOUGH! Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here. We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

Fantastic service + pizzas!
Amazing service. I got let down by another pizza van very last minute a few days before my engagement party, Barto saved the day and was great with communication prior, kept me updated when on the way and then delivered an amazing, smooth service with great pizzas, all the guests said how tasty they were! Would 100% use again. Thank you!

Lovely tasty pizzas, freshly cooked on site. The guests pounced on the pizzas as they came in. Communication before the party was excellent and the chef on the day was so helpful and pleasant.
