BLUE BIM is a premium catering brand specialising in home-cooked Barbadian cuisine and handcrafted beverages, with traditional English roasts also available. Vegan and Halal-friendly options are offered, all delivered with love, professionalism, and care.

My love for cooking, combined with a deep desire to step away from the traditional 9 to 5, gave birth to my business, BLUE BIM. Over time, I’ve been fortunate to grow the business through community events, private celebrations, and special occasions. Everything we create is made with care; our food is prepared fresh on the day, and our beverages are either brewed or freshly squeezed. We avoid refined sugar, focusing instead on natural ingredients that bring together great taste and good health.

My experience started in the kitchen at the age of 2. I used to watch my dad bake and my mum cook. I loved this time. My biggest achievement was the first time my parents said my cooking tasted 'really nice'. Such a proud moment for me. My second biggest achievement is the first time BLUE BIM was recognised and contacted to host a Council event. I knew then that we were beginning to build a good reputation.
