Experienced in developing bespoke menus for major brands, I now offer premium catering services that blend bold island flavours with refined presentation—perfect for corporate events, private dining, and special occasions.

Cooking is embedded deep within my roots, my mum is a chef, my grandad loved to cook and therefore it is something that naturally happened and my passion grew over time. I am proud to now call myself a well established, awarded and respected chef worldwide.

We provide luxury Caribbean and non Caribbean catering for all event types as well as private catering. We have a wealth of experience in personal, public and corporate events.
