I started baking from home in 2013, beginning with cupcakes and growing from there. Over the years I’ve expanded into NYC-style cookies, gourmet brownies and blondies, and hand-decorated royal icing cookies. I’m entirely self-taught and obsessed with getting every recipe right — from browned butter bases to hand-piped floral cookie designs. I bake everything fresh to order from my kitchen in North London using free-range eggs and quality ingredients. My goal is simple: make something that looks beautiful and tastes even better.
